Nucor Announces Guidance for Its Fourth Quarter Results (PR Newswire)

Nucor Corporation announced today guidance for its fourth quarter ending December 31, 2009.  Nucor expects fourth quarter results to be breakeven to slightly positive, an improvement over losses of $0.60, $0.43 and $0.10 per diluted share in the first, second and third quarters of 2009, respectively.  By comparison, Nucor earned $0.34 per share in the fourth quarter of 2008.
